How much does shipping cost?
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada via UPS. Additional international countries are coming soon; see below for details. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your specific shipping address and the items selected.
For orders shipped in the United States:
- If you place an order over $95, your order ships free via economy shipping. This option is not available for corporate orders.
- Economy shipping costs $4.95 and is typically delivered in 4-8 business days.
- Standard shipping costs $9.95 and is typically delivered in 3-5 business days.
Same-day shipping is available in NYC:
- Same-day shipping costs $12.95 and is typically delivered within 1-3 hours.
- This option is available for orders placed Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. EST, and shipped to select zip codes within NYC.
For orders shipped to Canada:
- Standard shipping costs US$29.95 and is typically delivered in 3-7 business days.
- All prices listed on this website are in U.S. dollars and all charges will be processed in U.S. dollars.
- Canadian duty and taxes are included with your order and the final price is shown at checkout.

How can I track my order?
Your order will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions. If you have issues tracking your order, please email email@example.com and we’ll be glad to assist you.
How can I modify or cancel my order?
We don’t yet have an online system to support changes and we try to fulfill orders quickly. Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we’ll be in touch to help you with your request. Don’t worry if your order is already on the way – you can always send it back for free within 30 days of purchase.
How do I exchange for different products?
If for any reason you want to exchange your umbrella, email us at email@example.com with your order number and we’ll be in touch to help you.
What is your Return Policy (Refund Policy)?
We promise to only make amazing umbrellas. That said, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’ll take care of it. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of purchase and we’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to make it easy to send back your umbrella. Your refund will be processed within 7 days once it gets back to us.
Should you decide to cancel a return and keep the item after a refund was issued, we reserve the right to charge your credit card in the amount of the refund issued.
What is the correct price for my umbrella or other products I purchase from Weatherman?
All prices in our emails, any mailings and online are in U.S. dollars and are subject to any applicable taxes according to state and local laws. Availability, prices and delivery rates are subject to change.
Does Weatherman offer a guarantee?
We offer a lifetime guarantee on all products purchased directly from us. We stand behind our product and want to deliver the best experience. If your product fails to function properly due to defect in material or workmanship and other manufacturing problems, we will replace your Weatherman at no charge. Please note that this guarantee does not cover natural wear and tear, misuse and damages caused by improper care. This guarantee only covers purchases from weathermanumbrella.com. Any Weatherman product purchased from unauthorized third parties is not protected. Questions? Email us at email@example.com.
Do the umbrellas open automatically?
Yes! Both the stick and collapsible umbrellas open easily with the push of a button (located on the handle).
Can I customize my umbrella?
We offer custom options for orders of 100 umbrellas or more. If you're interested in options, pricing and timing, please see our custom orders page.
How to do I send a Weatherman as a gift?
We offer an option to include a gift message to the recipient at checkout. And don't worry – prices are never printed on our packing slips.
Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes! Our gift cards include shipping, so all the recipient needs to do is choose a color. Click here to purchase a gift card.
